Thank you for shopping with Celebration Company. We are committed to delivering your wedding dresses, suits, and formalwear as efficiently and securely as possible.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is successfully received. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.
During periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended. Customers will be notified of any significant delays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the destination, shipping method selected, and order size.
Estimated delivery times are provided as guidelines only and are not guaranteed.
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (when available)
Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Celebration Company is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.
Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information, when available.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Celebration Company is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged after they have been transferred to the shipping carrier.
If you experience an issue with your shipment, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly using the provided tracking information.
Delivery Refusal or Returned Shipments
Orders refused by the customer or returned due to an incorrect address may be subject to additional shipping and handling charges before reshipment.
